The family of Avraham (Avera) Mengistu, the Israeli citizen who is missing in Gaza, on Sunday night responded to Hamas’s comments from Friday, according to which there are no negotiations with Israel for his release.
The family sent a message to Hamas, in which they wrote that "all the responsibility for the physical and mental condition of Avera lies with them."
