Supreme Court Justices Esther Hayut, Uzi Fogelman and Noam Sohlberg will look over Meir Ettinger's appeal tomorrow morning (Monday) at 9:00 a.m.
Ettinger's initial request to be released from prison in order to attend his son's brit milah tomorrow was denied by a Be'er Sheva court. His lawyer then submitted an urgent Supreme Court appeal against the ruling.
Ettinger has been held in administrative detention for the past seven months.
