Adi Kider, a lawyer with the legal defense organization Honenu, has filed a Supreme Court appeal against the Be'er Sheva court's decision not to allow Meir Ettinger to attend his son's brit milah tomorrow (Monday).
Kider requested that the Supreme Court immediately meet to discuss the issue.
Ettinger has been held in administrative detention for the past seven months.
