The Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority is reassessing its decision not to present a plan to rehabilitate former President Moshe Katzav.
The Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority does not take on inmates who don’t assume responsibility for their crimes. Katzav never admitted to the allegations made against him and did not begin any rehabilitation processes while in prison.
