A Brussels court has approved the request to extradite Salah Abdeslam to France, so he can be tried for his role in November's ISIS attack on Paris.
Abdeslam was arrested earlier this month, four days before coordinated bombing killed 32 people in the EU capital. He is believed to have been hiding in Brussels for four months.
The transfer may still be held up, though, as Abdeslam is also suspected of being involved in the recent attack.
