Jewish Home director Shuli Mualem-Refaeli has commented on the decision to award Doron Almog and Rabbi Eli Sadan with the Israel Prize.
"I welcome Minister Bennett's decision to give the Israel Prize to former General Doron Almog and to Rabbi Eli Sadan. After Doron finished his exemplary security service he continued working for the society. Doron and Didi Almog created the 'Aleh Negev - Nahalat Eran' rehabilitation space, which treats people of all ages with disabilities," she said.
"The gap between central Israel and the periphery is so distinct in health and social issues, but such a large institution narrows the gaps and works to change the perception and give an integrated life."
