New Torah scroll welcomed into Ukraine Jewish refugee camp

A ceremony welcoming a new Torah scroll took place in the “Anatevka” Jewish refugee community, located near Kiev, in the Ukraine.

Two new mikvas (ritual baths) were also inaugurated.
