MK Oded Forer (Yisrael Beytenu) said upon exiting the military court hearing on the case of the IDF soldier who shot a seemingly neutralized terrorist dead that “We came to the military court to make it clear to the soldier that we support the possibility that he is innocent and that he has the right to a fair trial. We want to show him that we remember that he is an IDF soldier, and that the deceased was a terrorist.”
Forer added that the soldier was held prior to the arraignment because the terrorist’s family refused an autopsy.
