The Magen David Adom (MDA) committee set up to probe the terror attack in Hevron after an IDF soldier shot dead a terrorist, handed its findings to MDA head Eli Bin.
The team found that MDA volunteer paramedics did not treat the terrorist, because there was a fear that a bomb was strapped to his body.
