A number of Mexicans celebrated Easter by burning US presidential candidate Donald Trump in effigy, Reuters reports. Trump has expressed strongly anti-immigrant views, which have angered people in the US's southern neighbor.
The effigy burnings occurred all around Mexico, and is a twist on the popular tradition of burning Judas Iscariot in effigies. In Christianity, Judas betrayed Jesus to the Roman authorities.
