The Constitution, Law and Justice Committee approved on Sunday an amendment to the law establishing the severity of penalization of terrorists aged 14 and under.
According to the proposed amendment, a terrorist aged 14 or younger convicted of manslaughter, murder or attempted murder will be sent to a detention facility until the age of 14, after which the courts can have the terrorist sent to prison.
