Russia and Finland reached an agreement on temporary limitations regarding border closures, in light of the amount of migrants who traveled from Russia to Finland earlier in the year.
Only citizens of Russia, Belarus, Finland and their families will be allowed to pass through two popular border crossings, for a period of 180 days.
