The Education Ministry is planning to train and guide educational professionals regarding how to cope with students suffering from allergies. Training will be given to educational professionals working at schools where students suffering from allergies study.
Irit Livnat, the Education Ministry’s health supervisor, said that there is currently a conflict with the teachers union, regarding teachers administering EpiPens, the life-saving shot of epinephrine those suffering from anaphylactic allergic reactions require.
