The Ne'eman Torah Va'avodah Movement has commented on Chief Rabbis Yitzchak Yoseph and David Lau's comments on mikvehs.
"We thank the Chief Rabbis for declaring that the halacha regarding immersion without an attendant is not set in stone and that there are different opinions. Throughout all the generations, these laws were based on trusting women and the Chief Rabbis would do well to continue having faith in them. It's too bad that various politicians are trying to take advantage of the dispute at the expense of the mikveh-goers," the statement read.
