Hevron police detained right-wing activist and Honenu attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir, who was standing on the stairs near the Chazon David synagogue between Kiryat Arba and Hevron.
Police asked Ben-Gvir to leave the premises. Ben-Gvir responded that the police allow the use of the stairs and are open to a civil suit for demanding that he leave. In light of his statements, the officers detained the attorney for questioning.
