Launch of Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation to be postponed six months

The Knesset approved on Monday evening by a majority of 46 votes the amendment to the Public Broadcasting Corporation law, submitted by MK Dr. Nachman Shai (Zionist Union), according to which the launch of the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, which will replace the Israel Broadcasting Authority, will be postponed by six months.

Earlier, the Knesset had approved a similar government bill.
