A meeting of the Council for Higher Education scheduled to take place on Tuesday will be delayed by one week, according to an agreement formed at the close of a Supreme Court hearing on the matter.
The court hearing was held in light of an appeal filed by 10 professors, who demanded that the Council’s meeting be cancelled, due to a lack of council members, after six members of the Council for Higher Education resigned a few weeks ago.
