‘Panorama Building’ terrorist refuses psychiatric evaluation

The 36-year-old Palestinian Arab terrorist responsible for the attack at the Panorama Building in Tel-Aviv was brought to a Tel-Aviv court on Monday.

The terrorist refused a psychiatric evaluation, against his attorney’s advice.
