The Supreme Court has ruled that Zeev Rosenstein will not be granted his first leave from prison.
The Justices have not permitted allowed Rosenstein's classification to be lowered, so he will not be permitted to take a furlough.
Rosenstein, an infamous mob boss, was extradited to the US to face charges of large-scale drug trafficking in the US. He was convicted in 2004 and is serving a 17-year sentence in an Israeli prison.
