An envoy from the French Foreign Ministry, Pierre Vimont, will arrive in Israel on Sunday, and will meet with members of the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem, as well as with representatives of the PA in Ramallah
Vimont is organizing a conference on resuming the peace process in the Middle East as part of the French initiative to resume negotiations. The Israeli Foreign Ministry will make it clear that Israel opposes the initiative.
