Hamas is sending a delegation to Cairo in the next few days to meet with Egyptian security officials, according to news outlets affiliated with Hamas.
Earlier this week, Egypt accused Hamas of being involved in the assassination of its chief prosecutor, Hisham Barakat. Barakat was killed by a car bomb last June.
