Police: Distance Ashkelon mayor from his position

The Police Department asked a Rishon Letzion court to distance Ashkelon Mayor Itamar Shimoni from his position.

During the hearing, a representative of the Police Department reiterated the reasons why Shimoni should be prevented from entering the Ashkelon Municipality building and making contact with other people suspected of involvement in the case.
