Derogatory phrases, including “Death to Arabs,” were spray painted on rock in orchards belonging to Palestinian Arabs, near the Gush Etzion community of Neve Daniel.
The orchard’s owner filed a complaint with the Civil Administration and a formal complaint will most likely be filed with the Police Department.
