IDF Chief-of-Staff Gadi Eizenkot decided on Thursday morning to extended the suspension of Brigadier-General Ofek Buchris by 30 days and cancel his appointment to the position of head of the IDF’s Operations Division.
Eizenkot informed Buchris of his decision on Wednesday. Buchris, suspected of committing sexual assault, did not appeal the decision.
