Police were dispatched on Wednesday to three scenes in Modiin Illit, where young children were left alone without supervision.
In one event, an 18-month-old girl was found sitting alone on a public bus. Police located the day care she was meant to be at and handed the girl to her caregiver. The toddler’s parents reportedly forgot her on the bus. The parents were called to the police precinct for questioning.
