Palestinian Authority (PA) Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah said on Sunday that the PA expects to receive clarification from Israel on what it calls "Israel's non-commitment to the agreements with it."

Speaking to the Chinese Xinhua news agency, Hamdallah said that PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas and other members of the PA leadership would consider their actions in light of the answers they receive. He further said that the Palestinians still believe in a two-state solution, even though it is becoming less and less likely due to the actions of Israel's right-wing government and the “growing settlement activity,” as he put it.
