Polish prosecutors have filed charges against Piotr Rybak, a local man, for burning an effigy of a haredi Jew during a protest against refugees entering Poland.
The protest took place last November, during which time Poland had agreed to accept a total of 5,000 migrants.
It is unclear what connection the effigies, which included black hats and peyot, had with refugees from Syria and other Arab countries.
