Syria: 18 rebels killed in ISIS car bombing

18 Syrian rebel forces were killed in a car bomb attack in the Quneitra district, the Syrian Human Rights Observatory reports.

The attack was reportedly carried out by the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization.
