The White House said Monday it was not surprised by reports that a ceasefire in Syria had been breached, but indicated it was too early to call the plan a failure, AFP reports.
"We are aware that there have been some reports of violations," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said. "That is consistent with our expectations heading in to this process," he added.
