The Syrian Human Rights Observatory estimates that over 370 thousand people have been killed in Syria since that start of the civil war, five years ago. Only 270 thousand casualties have been documented.
The organization explained that it is difficult to document every single casualty, as is members cannot reach some battlegrounds.
