The number of foreign soldiers joining the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization dropped from roughly 35 thousand to roughly 25 thousand, Brett McGurk, the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIS, said.
McGurk indicated that ISIS is under pressure and that their troops’ salaries were recently cut in half.
