The Supreme Court rejected an appeal made by the “Baby Shaking Father” from the Greater Tel-Aviv area who was convicted of manslaughter after his infant twins suffered from severe wounds in 2012. One of the twins succumbed to his wounds.
The father will serve five years in prison.
