Israel permitted two Hamas prisoners to visit the journalist Muhammad al-Kik in Afula's Emek Hospital, Voice of Israel reports. Kik is close to the terror organization and has been on a hunger strike for the past three months.
According to Palestinian sources, the pair suggested that Kik agree to a settlement that would transfer him to the al-Makassed Hospital in eastern Jerusalem, and his administrative detention would not be renewed.
