Haifa Mayor Yonah Lahav, called to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to personally intervene and find a solution to the matter of the ammonia tank sitting in the Haifa Gulf.
“Mr. Prime Minister, roughly one million people are living alongside a ‘ticking time-bomb,’ and that is no cliché. That is reality,” Yahav wrote to Netanyahu. “In the name of Haifa’s residents, I hope that you personally intervene in the matter. Now is the time to act.”
