The state prosecution’s report, made public on Monday evening on Channel 2, establishes that the chief suspect in the murder of Arab youth Mohammed Abub Khdeir, Yossef Chaim Ben David, is responsible for his actions, and is fit to stand trial.
Ben David’s attorneys had previously presented a report indicating that their client was not fit to stand trial.
