Man charged with passing car test through threats

Prosecutors are charging a Jerusalem man with threatening examiners at the Mishor Adumim drivers' license bureau.

Forty-two-year-old Tareq Abu Asab allegedly used threats to make officials give a passing score on his car's annual test.
