Chairman of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, MK Nissan Slomiansky (Jewish Home), is considering removing the “incitement to racism” clause from the proposed “Suspension Bill,” Haaretz reports.
The move would amend the bill so that it only applies to MKs who incite to terrorism, and will mainly affect Arab MKs.
