German Chancellor Angela Merkel condemned the terror attack in Ankara, Turkey, which claimed the lives of 28 people and wounded 61 others.
“We, the Germans share your pain,” Merkel told the Turkish nation, adding that she is “horrified by the attack in Ankara.”
