The condition of Sarah Sperling, who was injured in the fatal Highway 1 bus accident, has improved.
Assaf Harofeh Hospital announced that Sarah will undergo an additional surgery on Wednesday. She is still sedated and breathing with the help of a ventilator. She is in moderate and stable condition.
