Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein (Likud) commented on the opposition to the suspension law to Reshet Bet radio station. "We must carefully consider the legislation. There's no need to hyperventilate, but the MKs should know ahead of time that there are places they don't want to reach."
He continued, "I would reduce it to supporting terror and inciting to racism. These things are much more defined and simple. There is a wide gulf between the original proposal, which I would not promote, and the serious examination of what is possible to do. As long as there are the correct changes, there won't be a problem with the bill."
