The Supreme Court has given its approval for the government to destroy the homes of the terrorists who carried out murderous attacks in Gush Etzion and in Tel Aviv's Panorama building.
The attacks left Ya'akov Don, Ezra Schwartz, and Shadi Arfa dead. Another seven people were wounded.
The Court Justices also ruled that the terrorists' families should be allowed to remain in the homes for another week before they are destroyed.
