A Virgin Atlantic plane flying to New York was forced to return to Heathrow Airport in London after someone directed a laser beam into the cockpit.
Virgin Airlines says that the co-pilot felt unwell and it was decided not to risk flying across the ocean.
Police are investigating the incident.
