MK Ayelet Nahmias-Verbin (Zionist Union), one of the appellants to the Supreme Court over the gas outline, has criticized Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's appearance before the Justices.
"Not one new thing came out of his mouth, whether about the gas outline itself or about the use of Section 52, and there was no reference to the events that have occurred since the outline was passed other than what the Prime Minister felt would serve the outline," she claimed."
MK Nahmias-Verbin added that "If the face of panel head Justice Elyakim Rubenstein could be read, I think that I recognized disappointment over the complete lack of innovation in the Prime Minister's remarks."
