A 45-year-old man from the Samarian community of Karnei Shomron was indicted for throwing an object at a vehicle.
According to the charges, the suspect threw an axe at a Palestinian Arab vehicle driving near Karnei Shomron and shattered the car’s windshield. According to the suspect, he threw the axe because the car was traveling in a manner that angered him.
