Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has called for renewing the peace talks on Syria, including with the opposition and without preconditions.
Lavrov made his comment after it was reported that a gradual ceasefire has been agreed upon to stop the fighting and to bring humanitarian aid to areas under siege.
