Transportation and Intelligence Minister Yisrael Katz on Thursday evening phoned Nadav Argaman and congratulated him on his appointment as head of the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet).
"During this challenging period of threats and terror at home and abroad, the Shin Bet has a special weight in defending the State of Israel and its citizens," Katz said and stressed that he is convinced Argaman ''will fill the role in the best way possible."
