The Foreign Ministers of roughly 20 countries, including US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will gather on Thursday in Munich, Germany, in an attempt to reach a ceasefire in Syria.
A western diplomat said on Wednesday night that Russia proposed a ceasefire agreement to begin in Syria on March 1st.
