Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) took part in Arutz Sheva's Jerusalem Conference today (Monday), where he spoke about the issue of returning terrorists' bodies.
"Sadly, there is a gap between what's going on within the Green Line and what's happening in Judea and Samaria," he said.
He further commented on the central role of the police in the fight against terror. "In the equation of national strength, the Public Security Ministry has taken a central place. The reason is that there is no country today that is threatening Israel's borders. Today terror organizations are trying to harm Israel's homefront. They are trying to discourage the young generation. The security force's ability to respond quickly strengthens us.
"Today, it is possible to incite millions of Muslims against the State of Israel through the internet. So a new situation is created and extremist Muslim leaders incited and began the recent wave of terror."
