Popular Israeli actor Yaakov "Yankele" Ben Sira has passed away at the age of 88. He starred in numerous films, including Sallah Shabbati and Kazablan, and was a founder of the Mythological Theater Club.
The funeral will begin the Camari Theater today (Friday) at 10:30 am, and at noon it will set out for the Kiryat Shaul cemetery.
