French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius accused the Syrian government and allies of “torpedoing” the peace talks in Geneva.
Fabius said that Assad’s forces, supported by Russia, are still committing “cruel” attacks in Aleppo, which Fabius claims led to the failure of the peace talks.
